The Kabkab dates have an oval shape and a semi-dry or moist texture. Their color is dark brown and their skin is attached to the flesh. Their seed is thin and elongated. On average, the length of each grain is about 3 to 5 centimeters and its weight is about 12 to 18 grams. this type of date is semi-dry, with average moisture of 16-18%.
